Information received
When you email an entry, the festival receives the details you choose to send: contact information, film metadata, synopsis, AI-process disclosure, screener link and rights declarations.
How it is used
Submission information is used to review eligibility, administer selection, communicate with representatives, plan festival programming and maintain the professional record of an entry.
Screener control
Your video remains in your YouTube or Google Drive account. The festival receives a link, not an uploaded video file. Use YouTube Public/Unlisted access or Google Drive “Anyone with the link” Viewer access during review.
Access and disclosure
Entry information is shared only with people who need it for festival administration, evaluation and delivery. Public promotion of a selected work is coordinated with its representative.
Your request
To correct submission information, replace a screener or ask a privacy question, email privacy@aicinemafestival.com and include your entry reference when available.
