Eligibility and deadlines
Entries must be films or moving-image works that use AI meaningfully in development or production and retain identifiable human creative direction. The submitting representative must be authorised to enter the work. Each city edition closes submissions exactly 14 calendar days before its published festival date.
Rights and permissions
You retain ownership of your film. You confirm that you control or have permission for the submitted film, performances, music, images, voices and other materials.
Screener access
You authorise private festival and jury review through the screener link supplied with your entry. Use a Public or Unlisted YouTube link, or a Google Drive link set to “Anyone with the link” and Viewer access. Do not submit a private or restricted link. Keep the screener available until the festival office confirms that review is complete.
AI disclosure
Your process statement must accurately describe meaningful AI-assisted or AI-generated stages, the people involved and the creative decisions that shaped the final work.
Selection and exhibition
Submission does not guarantee selection, nomination or an award. If selected, screening, promotional and captioning requirements will be confirmed with you before public use. No broader rights are granted by the submission itself.
Entry acknowledgement
The website prepares a structured email package. An entry is complete when the festival office replies with an acknowledgement and entry reference. Keep that message for your records.
